How It Works
Creating an account on UvA JobBoard is simple and free. Once your account is set up, you'll be able to create, edit, and manage job postings seamlessly.
Through your account, you can submit job postings and career events. Before submitting your job listing, please ensure the following criteria are met:
- Clarity and Completeness: The vacancy should clearly describe the position and job tasks.
- Target Audience: It should specify which student the position is suitable for.
- Application Details: Do not include links or email addresses for applying within the vacancy; use the respond button for applications.
- Single Position: Each job posting should describe one position. If you have multiple positions, please create a separate submission for each.
- Areas of Interest: Select up to four areas of interest to keep filters focused on the background of the desired student.
Job Posting Moderation
Every submission is reviewed by our moderators to ensure it meets UvA’s requirements. You will receive an email confirming if your vacancy is published or if changes are needed. Should changes be required, we will indicate them clearly, and you can modify the vacancy accordingly.
Any modifications made after approval will be sent to moderators for re-approval. We aim to respond to or publish job orders within a maximum of 2 working days.
